• receive, hold, transmit, or handle funds belonging to clients, counterparties, or partners;
• act as a broker, freight forwarder, customs agent, or financial intermediary;
• provide legal, tax, accounting, customs, or regulatory advice;
• sign documents, enter into commitments, or make payments on behalf of any party; or
• guarantee any commercial outcome, the performance of any counterparty, or the success of any transaction.

All trade transactions are contracted and settled directly between the relevant parties. All regulated or operational work is contracted and paid for directly between the client and the relevant third-party provider. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written services agreement; these Terms govern use of our website and the general basis of our relationship with you.
